-Contributing to the growth of the team through targeted client relationship management and business development activity -Identifying, winning and delivering transport infrastructure projects -Effectively managing and leading the team to ensure optimal performance, resourcing, retention and professional development -Providing input to projects at a project management and/or review level to achieve reliable project performance in terms of both timeliness and quality -Managing the commercial performance of the team

-High level of commercial acumen -Extensive years of experience in the Transport sector delivering structural design -Co-ordinated and developed major bids – with proven success -Demonstrated ability to actively manage and drive performance in diverse teams -Technical Excellence & Complex Problem Solving - Renowned for technical excellence, SMEC provides specialist engineering solutions across major sectors: transport (roads, bridges, highways, rail), water, energy, environment, urban communities, and more. -Co-ordinated, designed and delivered major projects – with proven success -Ability to strategically plan -Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or a related discipline -Genuine enjoyment drawn from building business, working with clients and winning work across ANZ
