Assist with legal research, drafting, and compliance for construction law matters.

Tasks

-Working with law firms that serve as external counsel to PCL. -Drafting memos, summaries, analysis, and recommendations. -Performing legal research, including 50-state surveys. -Drafting, reviewing, editing, and/or updating forms, legal documents, policies, and procedures. -Monitoring legal and legislative developments within the fields of construction, OSHA, and employment law.

What You Bring

-The ability to collaborate well with multiple attorneys and teams, with exceptional organizational skills when working on multiple projects. -Strong analytical, research and writing skills. -Sincere interest in construction law. Relevant coursework a plus but not required. -Candidates should be second- or third-year law students and have an impressive record of academic and/or professional achievement.
