Tasks

-Support the C-suite and leadership in high-stakes engagement events, including private previews, launches, and business development dinners. -Create and maintain an integrated events calendar across local, regional, and international markets (e.g. roadshows, investor showcases, international expos, FAM trips). -Manage all aspects of event planning, production, and delivery, including venue selection, concept creation, run-of-show, supplier coordination, and execution. -Ensure seamless brand storytelling and luxury experience across all touchpoints, from invitation design to post-event follow-up. -Produce detailed post-event reports including ROI analysis, stakeholder feedback, and continuous improvement recommendations. -Identify event platforms that attract UHNWIs, strategic investors, real estate brokers, and global brand partners. -Lead innovation in immersive and tech-enabled event experiences (e.g. VR walkthroughs, digital twins, sensory activations). -Negotiate sponsorships, in-kind collaborations, and strategic partnerships to enhance event offerings. -The Senior Manager – Residential Marketing Events is responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, and performance management of all B2C and B2B marketing events within RSG’s Residential portfolio. -Maintain a comprehensive database of attendees, engagement outcomes, and lead follow-up results in coordination with CRM and Sales. -Oversee vendor sourcing and contracting in coordination with Procurement and Legal. -Stay current with global trends in luxury hospitality, branded residences, and experiential marketing. -Develop detailed event budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost efficiency while maintaining premium standards. -Define KPIs and success metrics for all events (e.g., qualified leads, media exposure, attendee satisfaction, cost per acquisition). -Liaise with external developers, real estate partners, agencies, and global media when relevant to residential campaigns. -Develop and lead the Residential Marketing Events Strategy aligned with RSG’s luxury brand positioning and sales/marketing goals. -Ensure all events reflect RSG’s luxury brand tone, visual identity, and world-class service expectations. -Lead onsite execution of events, coordinating across marketing, sales, AV, hospitality, and guest relations teams. -This position will work closely with the Brand, Sales, Partnerships, and Communications teams to ensure that all events meet commercial objectives while aligning with the brand’s luxury positioning and the Red Sea Global vision. -Work closely with internal stakeholders including Residential Sales, Creative, Content, PR, and Digital teams to ensure message alignment.

What You Bring

6. Brand & Luxury Experience Curation 2. End-to-End Event Management -Experience with international events, expos, or roadshows (e.g., Cityscape, MIPIM, Dubai Design Week) is highly desirable. -Creative, resourceful, and highly adaptable in fast-paced environments. -Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Luxury Brand Management, Events Management, Communications, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus. -Familiarity with CRM tools, guest list management platforms, and event technology solutions. -Minimum of 10 years of experience in high-end marketing event management, with at least 5 years in a senior or strategic leadership role. -These events are designed to drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and position RSG’s luxury residences as premier investment and lifestyle opportunities. The role demands exceptional strategic thinking, precision execution, and deep understanding of luxury real estate marketing. -Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and ROI orientation. -Proven success in delivering large-scale B2C/B2B events in luxury sectors such as real estate, hospitality, fashion, or premium lifestyle. -Expert in luxury event production with high attention to detail and brand consistency. -Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills. -Ability to thrive in a multicultural and multinational working environment. -Strong understanding of marketing funnels, lead generation, and brand-building through experiential events. -Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
