7+ years of progressive HOA management experience, including large-scale communities
Must be able to confidently present HOA management services to prospective boards and community leaders, contribute to lead generation initiatives, and actively participate in networking groups and industry-specific events to build and maintain professional relationships.
Proven success managing diverse portfolios, driving growth, and building high-performing teams
Bachelor’s degree preferred
CMCA required (or ability to obtain within 6 months); AMS and PCAM highly desirable
Strong knowledge of HOA governing documents, compliance requirements, and financial reporting
Onsite management experience preferred, with exposure to high-profile accounts
Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and guide boards, staff, and vendors
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
