We’re looking for a Junior Process Improvement Executive to support workflow optimization, documentation accuracy, and operational efficiency across our teams.

Work on our in-house software tools and suggest enhancements for better efficiency.
Support KPI monitoring and help in preparing improvement reports.
Understand and analyze current operational workflows across existing services.
Assist in documenting SOPs, process maps, and internal guidelines.
Identify bottlenecks with cross-functional teams and propose process-oriented solutions.
Prepare, organize, and analyze data using Excel for reports and performance insights.
Collaborate with teams to identify automation and process-streamlining opportunities.
Support process improvement initiatives under senior guidance.

Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to build a career in process excellence?

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma is a plus.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow.
Good command of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning, etc.).
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to customized software and AEC workflows.
