-Experience of Quality & Environmental Management Systems -Experience managing direct, indirect and freight spend and familiarity with category planning -Knowledge of the gas market -Experience of dealing with regulatory bodies and environment agencies -Strategic procurement leadership with proven experience in leading procurement functions across multiple regions or business units and a track record of developing and executing global sourcing strategies -Certifications : CIPS, CIPP, CIPM, CPOS or equivalent -Knowledge of import/export tax, regulations, tariffs and global logistics for category management -Established Procurement processes, systems, market analysis -Experience in budgeting, cost control and delivery of measurable savings, understanding financial performance metrics and procurement ROI. -Strong influencing, communication skills and personal impact to gain credibility quickly with senior stakeholders -Proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel, Tableau, PowerBI and experience with digital transformation initiatives -An excellent understanding of issues presented by international logistics -A sound understanding of regulated systems such as ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 -Ability to make tough decisions and prioritise delivery in a complex and challenging environment -Experience in contract process and negotiations and manging complex agreements
