Tasks
-Developing and maintaining commissioning system turnover definitions and schedules. -Managing commissioning completion punch lists and ensuring timely completion of all outstanding work and turnover documentation. -Ensuring turnover is in compliance with client and company policies, procedures, and standards. -Ensure all required training is planned and executed per the contract documents. -Providing weekly and monthly reports detailing the status of the commissioning of components and systems. -Integrating with project’s scheduling team to ensure timely commissioning and documentation for system turnover. -Ensuring major components for turnover and completion are transitioned in a timely and organized manner. -Executing and monitoring compilation of commissioning turnover documentation deliverables. -Compiling all turnover documentation to be included in turnover dossier. -Liaising with Client to ensure client satisfaction based on contractual requirements. -Interpreting and clarifying, when necessary, system scoping and numbering.

What You Bring
-Proficient in Microsoft Office, BIM360 and Blue Beam. -Technical background and/or work experience in clean energy projects. -Strong technical and communication skills are required. -Familiarity and understanding of QA/QC documentation, turnover processes, systems, drawings and diagrams. -Proficient with commissioning software such as CxAlloy. -Must be able to work as a team player independently and learn quickly in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. -The ideal candidate will be organized and excel at multitasking while being able to work effectively at performing repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of concentration. -A degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or construction management is preferred. -Travel will be required for project assignments, with short trips occurring monthly to our project sites and offices across North America, based on company needs. -Minimum 8 years of industry related experience.
