Plan and lead enriching activities for senior residents, fostering engagement and well‑being.

Tasks
-Help set up and break down events and activities. -Participate in activities. Residents love games, painting, singing, and music and we need someone to help organize and run these events! -Get to know the residents of our community so that you can help with the planning and implementation of spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural, and emotional programming that will make residents feel engaged and fulfilled. -Promote and communicate upcoming community events and activities. -Utilize social media, email, and newsletters to showcase the fun things happening each day! -Those 21 or over may occasionally drive the company vehicle to transport residents to and from events.

What You Bring
-Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed -Proficiency in basic computer skills for record-keeping and communication -Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities (preferred) -Physical fitness to assist with activities and mobility support -We hope you'll use your talents as a singer, dancer, artist, poet, historian, or trivia expert. -Strong interpersonal and communication skills -Knowledge of senior care or recreational activities (preferred) -Basic first aid and CPR certification -Excellent time management and organizational abilities -Previous experience as a van driver or in a similar role (preferred) -You quickly connect with people and love to learn about them. -Ability to work both independently and as part of a team -FSA (Commuter/Parking) -High school diploma or equivalent -You have an active Driver's license in good standing.
