The Role
Overview
Design and develop industrial rotary vacuum and blower products from concept to launch

Tasks
-Collaborate with suppliers and the internal operations team for product build and validation. -Lead project from start to launch using new product development process. -Develop product concept along with part design and detailing using 3D software. -Create project scope, budget, timeline, etc., for each assigned project. Preparing technical reports, design specifications documents, and operational manuals. -Manage the entire documentation for the product and be responsible for the ECN function of the same. -Adapt the Existing product Portfolio available and bring improvement to it using its Design and Engineering Skills. Analyse and improve existing system designs -Coordinate with vendors for Quality Prototyping and timely execution of the project. -Engineering documentation to include bills of material, test specifications, and lab reports.

What You Bring
-Proficient in GD&T and tolerance stack-up. -Basic knowledge of materials and surface treatment process. -Strong SAP (PP/MM Module) knowledge. -Basic knowledge of Rotary Equipment’s (Positive Displacement machines) and components -Ability to manage the project independently, develop business cases, and estimate product costs. Collaborate across teams such as Procurement, Operations, and Quality to ensure the manufacturing and validation of a product. -In-depth Knowledge of the Engineering & manufacturing processes (machining and casting). -Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time and complete multiple assignments. -3-6 years’ experience in Industrial/Rotary Product Engineering (Product design & development) -B.Tech./BE or equivalent degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed university. -Proficient in calculations to verify design. -Proficiency of Mechanical Design Software for 3D and 2D works on Inventor/ SolidWorks & AutoCAD. Knowledge of GD&T and design calculations is a must. -Excellent interpersonal skills to work in a global environment across different time zones. -Familiar with design codes (ASME, IEC, and EN standards). -Strong verbal and written communication skills -Travel (As and When required)
