Tasks

-Monitor progress against the programme and adjust resources or methods as needed. -Lead the project team, including site managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers. -Report regularly to the Contracts Manager on progress, risks, and key decisions. -Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and client reps throughout the build. -Manage day-to-day site operations and construction activities. -Manage quality control, snagging, and handover processes. -Oversee programme planning, sequencing, and delivery milestones. -Maintain high standards of health & safety and ensure all works are in line with regulatory and company standards.

This role reports directly to the Contracts Manager and requires strong leadership, planning, and site management skills. We are seeking a Construction Project Manager with proven experience in managing residential projects from start to finish. You’ll be responsible for ensuring your project is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard, while managing all site activity. -Proven track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and to spec. -Relevant qualification in construction management, engineering, or trade background with suitable experience. -Competent in construction software, Microsoft Office, and project reporting. -Excellent knowledge of Irish building regulations and industry standards. -Strong background in residential construction—housing developments essential. -Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills. -Supportive leadership and experienced site teams. -Minimum 5 years of experience in project/site management roles.
