Tasks

-Ensure design outputs align with the project programme, cost plan, and defined specifications, maintaining control through regular reviews and updates. -Lead and manage the design process from bid through to delivery, ensuring appropriate resource, skills, and structure are in place. -Develop and implement a comprehensive design strategy aligned with project objectives, commercial requirements, and sustainability targets. -Maintain adherence to internal design management procedures and deliver continuous improvement and innovation throughout the design lifecycle. -Oversee coordination of multidisciplinary design teams and ensure compliance with RIBA stages, legislation, and industry standards. -Manage design reviews, change control processes, and interface with key stakeholders including clients, contractors, and statutory bodies.
