Tasks

-Satisfy codes, standards, project and quality requirements. -Direct client engagement throughout the project lifecycle. -Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. -Client/ design meetings and site inspections. -Participate in client meetings and project presentations. -Provide a CV and cover letter demonstrating suitability based on criteria. -Collaboration and coordination with multidisciplinary teams on complex engineering solutions. -Lead existing building projects from concept to completion. -Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development. -Deliver detailed design for all elements of mechanical design in projects across multiple sectors -Report writing.

You have outstanding engineering aptitude, agility in delivery, significant project management ability, thorough technical understanding and confidence communicating with clients, business partners and contributing to our team success culture. -Practical knowledge of relevant Australian Standards and National Code of Construction. -Proven expertise to foster new and existing client relationships to drive growth for long term success and profitability for self and business. -Have 4-6 years’ experience in Australian building services ideally in consulting. -Routinely demonstrate your ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with the clients, project teams and internal teams. -Extensive experience with existing buildings projects, to construction completion. -Proven project, organisation and time management skills. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Tertiary qualification in Engineering. -Extensive experience leading and coordinating projects including managing client expectations.
