The Role

Overview

Support sales and customer service for TIC customers, handling inquiries, proposals, CRM, and promoting services.

Tasks

-Assist in achieving company goals and increasing revenues -Recording and maintaining accurate and complete customer master data in the CRM system -Support of the sales process and customer service for national as well as international existing customers in the testing, inspection and certification (TIC) area -Function as internal sales and customer contact for all commercial-related topics -Independent processing of customer inquiries incl. preparation of proposals and tracking of open quotations until receipt of order -Proactively market CSA's portfolio of services to existing customers in collaboration with the marketing team

What You Bring

-Very good customer service skills, high service orientation and communication skills -Completed commercial or technical vocational training, technical business management or completed studies in the field of marketing/sales or comparable -For this position you must have the right to work in the UK as we are unable to offer Skilled Worker Visa sponsorship for this role. -Knowledge of Salesforce and Workday is an advantage -Detail orientation and ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously -2-5 years of relevant work experience desirable
