  • Conduct physical inventory and maintain inventory accuracy and cleanliness;
  • Source parts and/or equipment in collaboration with buying groups and suppliers;
  • Manage all incoming phone calls and text messages in a professional manner;
  • Build sustainable customer relationships and trust with customers account through open communication;
  • Address customer's concerns and offer the best solution to solve the problem in a timely manner;
  • Follow company guidelines, policies and procedures;
  • Process orders and quotations using different methods and support inside and outside sales team with quotation requests;
  • Understand clients’ needs and suggest appropriate products or services to achieve satisfaction;
  • Provide an outstanding customer service in a wholesale distribution environment;

  • Ability to respond to emergency after hours call in an on-call rotation;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Professional phone manner and customer service skills;
  • Previous experience in HVAC-R industry, retail sales or technical related field (an asset);
  • Completion of professional degree in refrigeration, heating, ventilation (an asset);
  • Strong work ethic and positive team attitude;
  • Post-secondary education (an asset);
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
  • Problem solving abilities;
  • Ability to work under pressure unsupervised;
  • Good sales abilities and persuasiveness;
  • Ability to operate a forklift, training will be provided as needed;
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively;
