Tasks

In this role, you'll lead the design of roads, sites, drainage systems, utilities, and erosion control solutions across commercial, retail, institutional, and recreational projects. -Ensure compliance with local ordinances and manage approval processes -Write and review technical documentation, including drawings and specifications -Tackle projects from concept sketches to final construction plans -Design and develop civil site plans, grading, stormwater systems, erosion control, and utility layouts -Perform site visits, inspections, and field reports as needed -Navigate permitting and coordinate with planning boards, municipalities, and utility providers -Support construction with estimating, scheduling, and field coordination -Collaborate with clients, agencies, and internal teams to deliver clear, effective solutions -Contribute to a positive team culture with project managers, engineers, and designers

What You Bring

-Professional Engineer’s License required or close to obtaining -Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an accredited college -AutoCAD, Civil 3D, AES, or other Hydrology/ Hydraulic equal software, WaterCAD, HydroCAD, Excel, etc. -Strong technical background in site development
