The Role

Overview

Assist planning/managing ESMP utility electrical projects, supporting delivery & compliance.

Tasks

-Collaborate across engineering, construction, procurement, and regulatory teams -Participate in site visits, inspections, and stakeholder communications -Track project progress and assist with documentation, permitting, and compliance -Support planning and execution of complex electrical utility projects

What You Bring

-Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills -Familiarity with electrical systems and safety standards -Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field -1–5 years of experience in utility or construction projects -Willingness to travel and work onsite as needed

Benefits

-Tuition reimbursement -This position pays between $90,000 and $110,000 annually and is an exempt position. -Benefits offered include company sponsored medical, dental, vision, and retirement plan with company match. Also offered are tuition reimbursement, voluntary life, disability, critical illness, accident and hospitalization plans. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available.
