Corporate Contracts Specialist

Overview

Manage vendor and customer contract onboarding, insurance, and lease administration

Tasks

-Work closely with Operations, Accounting, and our third-party real estate broker to facilitate locating new locations, sub-leasing, extending, or terminating current leases. -Facilitate additional onboarding documents by working with operations and safety to streamline the process for Customer approval. -Manage the onboarding process from start to finish and confirm compliance with Company requirements. -Oversee and manage the paperwork associated with ~40 leases across North America. -Review leases and work with our third-party real estate broker to negotiate favorable terms.

What You Bring

-Proficiency with contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.). -Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines. -NDA review and markup -Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills. -Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational abilities. -Working knowledge of legal terminology and legal writing. -Bachelor's degree in legal studies, paralegal, business administration, or a related field is required. A paralegal certificate or law degree is a plus. -Potential to assist with employee and corporate matters related to acquisitions, licensing, and company growth. -Strong understanding of contract law, terminology, and best practices. -Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a contracts-focused role, preferably within the construction, engineering, or telecommunications industries. Specific experience with upstream and downstream contracts for wireless, fiber, or broadband deployment projects is highly desirable. -Ability to work effectively in a team environment. -Proficiency with Google Suite.
