-Perform all aspects of concrete work for commercial and industrial projects, including pouring, finishing, and patching. -Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and plans to determine layout, dimensions, grades, and elevations. -Operate tools and equipment to transport, place, and finish concrete. -Monitor work processes, materials, and surroundings for quality and safety. -Always adhere to OSHA and company safety standards. -Operate vehicles and mechanized equipment as certified and required. -Provide guidance and direction to crew members. -Ensure exposed concrete meets aesthetic and structural requirements.
