What You Bring

Seeking a seasoned Design Engineer - Senior Manager to lead the technical development, implementation, and execution of engineering projects across PV, energy storage, EV charging, and microgrid solutions. This leadership role will drive design excellence, innovation, and collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, cost-effective projects. -Proficiency in AutoCAD, Helioscope, PVSyst, Salesforce, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office. -Minimum 4 years of experience in C&I Solar PV design and engineering, with 2+ years in energy storage. -NABCEP PV Installation Certification required. -Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Energy, or related technical field; advanced degree preferred. -Expertise in reviewing electrical single-line diagrams, point-to-point diagrams for storage and PV monitoring systems, leading complex design/cost review meetings, and approving electrical BOMs alongside the Electrical PE.
