Tasks

-Create intuitive service delivery experiences for the clients and internal customers -Customize and personalize service delivery to exceed guest expectations -Deliver exceptional food and beverage service to customers and internal staff in accordance with MAIA’s premium hospitality standards. -Assist the Facility Manager in overseeing and monitoring the daily activities of housekeeping and gardening staff to ensure the upkeep and presentation of the office and landscape areas. -Confidently manage bar service during sales events, client gatherings and other special occasions. -Ensure the F&B inventory is consistently updated; proactively maintained and obtain procurement lists to prevent shortages or delays. -Training of staff on aspects of luxury hospitality -Coordinate office requirements such as stationery, logistics and guest preparations to ensure smooth daily operations. -Support the Facility Manager with general facility management tasks, as needed.
