  • Continue to ensure that BD procedures and processes are adhered and fit for purpose.
  • Secure invitations to qualifications and tenders for target prospects.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Support the development of the regional BD strategy, Identifying market segments, services and clients.

  • Develop and implement the strategic plan.

  • Coordinate sales and marketing activities of all stakeholders, including but not limited to region sales and marketing team, Business Units management and Region management.
  • Responsible for UK Business Development management leadership and for managing the UK Business Development performance across the Region
  • Grows the business - Helps to grow and develop Penspen and C&I in a way that is consistent with the Group strategy and contributes to operational, financial and business growth goals.
  • Manage the interaction with the wider Penspen business network in the context of business opportunities for Penspen and C&I.
  • Provides Professional Expertise - Maintains own professional knowledge, skills and understanding within their specific area of expertise, and effectively applies and shares their expertise to support business operations and growth.
  • Primary point of contact for all owned opportunities.
  • Owns the UK Regional client relationship plans and engagement.
  • Identify and agree with Region Sales and Marketing Director and Business Units management target prospects.
  • Identify opportunities that Penspen can pursue and deliver profitably.
  • Exceeds Client Expectations - Expends effort to ensure maximum internal and external client satisfaction, through building excellent stakeholder relationships and striving to exceed client expectations through the delivery of quality products and services.
  • Advise critical purchasing criteria and tendering process to Manager of Proposals.
  • Achieves Superior Performance - Has a commercial and sustainable mind-set to deliver results on time, on budget and to a high quality, ensuring that all activities adhere to safety standards, add value and contribute to growth for the Penspen Group business.
  • Support the development of Proposals using intelligence and project knowledge gained.
  • Work with the business units to identify any long-term business goals, such as new customers or new services,
  • Maintain the profitability of the business; manage overhead costs to ensure the efficient running of the business.
  • Delivers with Focus - Takes initiative to anticipate challenge and ensure performance is delivered with energy and perseverance, taking responsibility and accountability to respond flexibly and ensure quality outcomes.
  • Responsible for delivering and cross selling Engineering & Project Management (E&PM), Asset Integrity (AI), Digital Integrity Services (THEIA), Asset Management (AM) and C&I revenue targets across the region.
