Tasks

-Prepare business reviews and performance summaries for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders -Support supplier negotiations through data-driven insights and cost analysis -Support sourcing strategies for indirect and direct materials, logistics, and services -Analyze purchasing data, market trends, and supplier performance to identify cost reduction and value improvement opportunities -Support procurement governance, compliance, and risk management activities -Partner with Finance and Operations to ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting, and spend tracking -Maintain and enhance procurement systems and databases (e.g., ERP, spend analytics, e-sourcing tools) -Evaluate supplier and 3PL performance against contractual and operational metrics; identify and address underperformance -Participate in process improvement initiatives aimed at improving procurement efficiency and compliance -Conduct cost modeling, total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis, and “should-cost” estimations across materials and freight categories -Collaborate with Commodity Managers and Buyers to analyze spending, evaluate supplier bids, and recommend optimal sourcing decisions -Develop and maintain procurement and logistics dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs)

What You Bring

-Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities -Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills -5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain analytics, or sourcing in a manufacturing environment preferred -Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and cost analysis -Professional certifications such as CPSM, CPM, or APICS CSCP preferred -Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders -Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced), Power BI, or other data analysis tools -Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and e-sourcing tools
