-Drop-off/Pick-up of equipment and supplies for multiple-departments -Managing user accounts across various systems -Research/Quoting/Ordering of IT equipment -QA Testing of new systems -Updating and maintenance of IT equipment and networks -Capturing, managing and completing IT support tickets

What You Bring

-Answering phone and providing support (can be remote desktop support) -Good communication skills; both verbal and written -Experience in Windows & Mac OS -Ability to research problems independently and offer solutions -Extremely organised -Clean driving licence -Knowledge of Unix/Linux is preferable -Fault finding and diagnostics
