The Role

Overview

Maintain and repair material handling and robotic systems in client facilities.

Tasks

-Complete and properly document preventative maintenance routines. -Solve electrical and mechanical issues related to all MHE, including belts, motors, photo-eyes, relays, and more. -Cultivate positive working relationships with our Client and Operations Maintenance team members. -Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment. -Track and store department inventory.

What You Bring

-1 year of related experience and/or training. -Experience with MHE safety standards in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Safety standards. -High school diploma or general education degree (GED). -Proficiency using computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.). -Associate’s or higher degree from a vocational school or college with a focus in the mechanical or electrical field. -2+ years' experience with automated conveyor systems and controls. -Experience using powered or non-powered hand tools. -Applicants must be currently authorized to work in United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. -Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). -2+ years' experience conducting predictive and preventative maintenance procedures. -2+ years apprenticeship or equivalent experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems. -Ability to move up to 50lbs and physical requirements including stooping, standing, walking, and climbing stairs / ladders with or without reasonable accommodation.
