Tasks

-Run aged-debtors reports and prepare arrears letters -Prepare and distribute on/off’s register -Review expenditure rent roll and flag exceptions/variances -Review revenue rent roll and flag exceptions/variances -Review sublease termination terms and balance/reconcile account upon lease expiry -Update and maintain document register, security deposit, insurance register -Perform reconciliation of charges and determine outstanding payments and prepare workflow to terminate lease -Validate current lease and validate key data 12-24mths prior to renewal -New Sites - prepare market brief, document that is sent to the market -Prepare workflow to adjust payment -Process purchase orders where required -Track audit findings, maintain lease registers and validate completeness of lease files (including execution of pages and FOCUS) -Upload fully executed lease documents to relevant system -Generate draft expenditure rent roll -Review budget shell data -Request COI from sub-tenant – review and upload to JDE, support year end reconciliation of managed service charges -Generate funding requests -Ensure non-recurring payments are processed to suppliers in accordance with lease -Analyse and resolve landlord payment inquiries

What You Bring

-Ability to maintain and manage accurate data and prioritise work within tight operational and financial deadlines -Real Estate (lease administration / data management) experience working for either a multinational corporation (MNC) service provider or corporation in managing real estate databases -Attention to Detail -Time Management -Minimum 2-3years experience in Finance (Accounts Payable/Receivable) preferable
