Provide end-user IT support and assist with infrastructure projects

Tasks

-Support network troubleshooting activities, including Wi-Fi, LAN, and VPN connectivity issues. -Support software installations, updates, and patches across various platforms. -Provide comprehensive software and hardware technical support for end users in person or virtually. -Monitor system performance and escalate complex issues to system administrators as needed. -Perform regular backups and assist in disaster recovery efforts to ensure business continuity -Collaborate with senior administrators on infrastructure projects and system upgrades. -Regular team member feedback surveys to drive workplace improvements -Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and ensure timely replacement of hardware components. -Assist in the administration of Windows servers, Active Directory, and the Microsoft 365 environment. -Help maintain comprehensive documentation on IT systems, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. -All employees are responsible for the general upkeep of work and shared spaces -Set up, configure, and maintain workstations and user accounts to ensure optimal performance.

What You Bring

-Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshservice, etc.) required -This position must have the ability to handle and manipulate paperwork, files, and office supplies. -Excellent communication and customer service skills -Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies -Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail -Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration is preferred -Punctual and regular attendance is required of all employees -Basic understanding of networking, Windows OS, and Active Directory -This position requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods while performing office tasks and maintain proper posture and ergonomics to prevent discomfort or injury. -Associate's degree or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field -2+ years of relevant IT experience required -This position requires manual dexterity and proficiency in using computer keyboards, mice, and other office equipment.
