Principle Digital Transformation Analyst

Lead digital transformation for nuclear fleet by rewriting processes and coordinating IT solutions.

Tasks

-Support fleet rollout strategy for the digital processes and products. -Engage with nuclear users and leaders to promote new initiatives, while collecting business requirements and feedback. -Collaborate with the IT department to provide business requirements for new technology implementation. -Define new indicators, dashboards, top management tracking of process undergoing digital transformation. -Maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties -Responsible for the day-to-day execution of assigned roles in support of the overall product roadmap and vision established by the Nuclear Business Lead for digital transformation and assigned program/platform areas. -Support deployment planning and activities with vendor and IT Project Managers to complete project activities. -Perform other job assignments and duties as directed by management or pursuant to company policy, including but not limited to emergency response, departmental coverage, call outs, and support of outage activities in positions outside the department. -Conduct rewrite of all processes to support digital transformation within the nuclear fleet.

-Associate degree with 10 years of related experience OR -Experience in various functional areas within the Constellation Nuclear Fleet -Bachelor's degree and 8-years of related experience OR -Familiarity with technology, innovation and start-up culture -Experience with utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) to improve processes -Experience with process change initiative -Experience in project management and implementation -Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) license with 8 years of related experience OR -High School diploma/GED and 12 years of related experience -Nuclear work management experience
