Tasks

-Accurately maintain status of estimates, proposals and associated documentation in 1CRM. -Assist in coordination and participate in Customer visits to Systems Control -Follow-up on submitted proposals for status and/or clarifications -Complete handoff to project team for awarded projects and assist team in understanding scope and requirements -Work with manufacturing to incorporate cost savings initiatives and production improvements into estimates. -Develop detailed cost estimates (including labor costs and obtaining material quotations) for all product offerings from customer RFQ’s -Coordinate with the Compliance Team and Product Design Team for projects, as required. -Serve as primary point of contact with customer during bid preparation, including clarifying specification requirements and verifying bid scope -Prepare price and technical proposals for customer submittal, including preparation of standard proposal letters, bills of material, and supporting data or completing/preparing customer structured bid responses

What You Bring

-Experience in a technical field -Knowledge and understanding of the company’s product offerings and customer need -Experience in Syteline, CPQ, and 1CRM a plus -Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written -Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously -Strong attention to detail -Proven analytical & problem-solving skills -Associates Degree in an Electrical-related field or Business-related field or equivalent experience -Advanced working knowledge of MS Office Suite -Familiarity with electrical equipment, materials, and specifications -Experience in preparing technical / business documents
