Tasks
-Ensure compliance with SOX requirements and maintain internal control documentation. -Monitor and analyze accounting data to identify trends and ensure accuracy. -Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making. -Oversee financial reporting and performance metrics; present insights to finance and business leadership. -Manage account analysis and reconciliation processes. -Drive initiatives to streamline, automate, and improve accounting processes. -Support forecasting and budgeting efforts across Allied business units. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, IT, HR, and Manufacturing. -Lead month-end close activities for Allied products, ensuring accurate general ledger entries in compliance with U.S. GAAP.

What You Bring
-High attention to detail and accuracy. -Strong understanding of general ledger systems and financial statement mechanics. -7–10+ years of accounting experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry. -Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA certification preferred. -Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. -Excellent organizational and time management abilities. -Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards. -Effective communicator with the ability to influence across departments and levels. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Experience with Oracle or similar large ERP systems. -Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. -Resourceful and proactive in resolving issues and driving results. -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
