Tasks
-Serve as the task leader for document control, overseeing the receipt, tracking, and distribution of all project documentation. -Maintain a comprehensive database of all incoming and outgoing project documents and review activities. -Schedule and coordinate document reviews among the appropriate technical disciplines. -Utilize Trimble (e-Builder) to manage all incoming design documents, including confidential and privileged construction drawings. -Upload review comments, memoranda, and other supporting materials to project management systems as required. -Log and file all construction documents and transfer finalized records to Document Control according to established procedures. -Prepare regular reports summarizing Technical Assistance Requests (TAA) received, review status, and pending actions. -Manage and file all incoming and existing construction documents, ensuring they are properly organized, version-controlled, and secure.

What You Bring
-Communication Skills – Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. -Document Handling Expertise – Proven experience managing, filing, and securing engineering and confidential documentation. -Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken). -Technical Proficiency – Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability and willingness to learn and use various in-house and external platforms such as SharePoint and Trimble (e-Builder). -Strong written and verbal communication skills. -Scheduling Coordination – Ability to efficiently schedule and track the review of construction documents across multiple technical disciplines. -Experience – Minimum of five (5) to ten (10) years of experience in records management, document control, and/or scheduling within an architectural, engineering, or construction-related environment. -Professionalism – Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a demonstrated commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and high professional standards. -Ability to pass a TWIC and/or SWAC Background Check at High Level. -Valid drivers license may be required depending on site location. -Task Leadership – Demonstrated experience serving as a task leader for document control, including coordinating workflows, maintaining accuracy, and ensuring timely completion of document management activities. -Independence and Initiative – Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. -Must be authorized to work in the United States.
