Tasks

-Participate in weekly Wednesday Role-Play practice, per team standards. -Take advantage PLACE Powered Lead Generation Opportunities. -Consult with sellers, to identify and showcase powerful marketing strategies to sell properties. -Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology infused CRM. -Commit to weekly 1:1 or Group coaching, weekly trainings, and the All Partner Calls. -Participate in weekly Tactical Tuesday, and other activities, per team standards -Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments. -Conduct Open Houses, monthly. -Consult with buyers, helping to identify homes to purchase. -Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers.

What You Bring

-Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues -First-time Investor Guidance -Excellent time management skills -Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services. -3+ years’ of real estate sales experience, preferred -Real Estate Tokenization Project Expertise -Strong written and verbal communication skills -Licensed real estate professional -Coachable, Teachable, and Trainable
