Tasks

-Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation -Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors -Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors -Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards -Collaborate with senior management to align construction goals with overall organizational objectives -Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any deviations from the plan promptly -Implement innovative construction methodologies and technologies to improve efficiency and sustainability -Develop and implement strategic plans for multiple large-scale construction projects -Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including clients and government officials -Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for potential project issues

What You Bring

-Professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) -Expertise in project management software and CAD applications -Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams -Familiarity with sustainable construction practices and LEED certification processes -Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian construction regulations and local building standards -Excellent communication and negotiation skills -Minimum of 20 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of successful large-scale projects -Fluency in English -Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities -Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred -Extensive knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and industry best practices -Proven ability to manage complex budgets and financial planning
