Overview
Design and manage noise/vibration control projects from concept to installation.

Tasks
-Develop pre- and post-sale drawings for internal and external customers. -Conduct on-site measurements and assessments to define site and equipment requirements. -Plan, schedule, and allocate resources to ensure project success within defined scope, schedule, and budget. -Represent BRD in professional organizations such as ASHRAE and INCE. -Stay current on market and industry trends to enhance solutions and customer experience. -Serve as a customer-facing technical leader throughout the project lifecycle. -Perform acoustic modeling, specification development, and structural support analysis. -Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure designs meet project goals. -Prepare technical drawings and documentation for customer coordination, approval, and installation. -Act as a positive role model, embodying BRD’s culture, values, and standards of excellence. -Manage select projects, including installation oversight and direct technical communication with customers.

What You Bring
-Critical thinking and sound judgment in decision-making. -3–5+ years in engineering design/drafting and project management, ideally within HVAC, construction, or related technical industries. -Excellent communication skills -Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor (or similar 3D modeling software). -Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience). Structural knowledge a plus. -Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities. -Highly organized with exceptional time management and multitasking ability. -Ability to visualize and design products related to mechanical systems. -Proven ability to build relationships and manage challenging situations constructively.
