Tasks
Track project schedules and help ensure on-time completion Coordinate subcontractors, materials, deliveries, and site logistics This role supports the Field Superintendent and installation teams to ensure jobs run smoothly, safely, and on schedule. It's a great opportunity to learn the industry, build leadership skills, and grow into a full Superintendent role. Perform jobsite walkthroughs and quality checks Monitor jobsite cleanliness and safety compliance You will work closely with builders, homeowners, subcontractors, and our internal teams to deliver high-quality flooring installations for residential new construction and remodel projects. Support Field Superintendent in managing day-to-day project activities Learn and contribute to continuous improvement in field operations Assist with resolving field issues and customer concerns Communicate progress to internal teams and project partners -Track project schedules and help ensure on-time completion -Coordinate subcontractors, materials, deliveries, and site logistics -Perform jobsite walkthroughs and quality checks -Support Field Superintendent in managing day-to-day project activities -Monitor jobsite cleanliness and safety compliance -Learn and contribute to continuous improvement in field operations -Assist with resolving field issues and customer concerns -Communicate progress to internal teams and project partners
