Tasks

-Accountable for documenting part numbers and quantity consumed for repairs. -Complete repairs of Trimble products within established repair times -Achieve established productivity matrices. -Facilitate instructor-led Technical Training Courses -Read, understand, and follow repair instructions, service guidelines, and requirements for supporting and servicing Trimble products. -Attend service training in both formal class room and “On the Job” bench training environments. -Obtain and maintain a less than 1% product repair return rate. -Clean product to meet cosmetic standards required for customer satisfaction.

What You Bring

-Experience with diagnosing and repairing electromechanical devices -Strong computer skills. -Familiar with basic electronic theory and electronic test equipment -2 yr. Technical degree or equivalent experience preferred -Experience conducting instructor-led technical training seminars -Attendance (Reliable) -Strong organizational and communication skills -Capable of understanding and following written guidelines and requirements for supporting and servicing Trimble products. -Capable of working with limited supervision.
