Tasks

The successful candidate will manage the co-ordination of the Civil, Structural and Architectural work packages. -Ensure all aspects of change management (cost and programme impact) are properly managed and documented. -Oversee site quality assurance (QA) processes in conjunction with the project team. -Manage the project schedule in coordination with Planners, Project Managers, Subcontractors, and Consulting Engineers/Architects to ensure client requirements are met -Support the close-out of project deliverables, including Final Account, Punch List, Safety & QA files, material/plant reallocation, and project plan completion. -Carry out, distribute, and close out CSA snag lists -Oversee and maintain site documentation in line with project and client requirements. -Review construction drawings and setting-out details for accuracy and buildability. -Lead the management of site safety in conjunction with safety personnel, including set-up, ongoing monitoring, and close-out. -Manage and coordinate subcontractor activities, tracking progress against schedule and manpower requirements; conduct regular subcontractor meetings. -Take responsibility for all day-to-day site operations. -Attend and actively contribute to site meetings, internal project reviews, engineering reviews, planning meetings, co-ordination meetings, and handover meetings. -Manage the co-ordination of the Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) work packages. -Work with a market leader in the Data centre Construction industry

What You Bring

We have an opportunity for a CSA Supervisor on a major data centre project in Dublin. You will have a demonstrated experience in supervising works packages including civils, fit out, roofing and cladding. There will also be an expectation to manage site safety and ensure quality. -Experience in delivering large scale CSA projects -Ability to manage a team of CSA personnel -Degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience -Strong communication, numeracy, and problem-solving skills -At least 7 years relevant experience
