Tasks
-Conduct asset audits and ensure compliance with routine maintenance test policies and procedures -Coordinate and oversee testing and commissioning of secondary systems assets -Build strong relationships across ElectraNet, SA Power Networks, Customers and service providers -Provide assurance and technical expertise across corrective and routine maintenance and refurbishment projects -Bring unique perspectives and fresh ideas to the table. -Support for professional certifications and memberships.

What You Bring
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach -Experience using vendor-specific software tools for substation automation and protection -Advanced understanding of power system protection, control, and IEC 61850 standards -Are adaptable and eager to learn new things. -Proven competency in secondary systems testing and commissioning -Ability to work autonomously in the field and manage multiple priorities effectively -Skilled in fault diagnosis, root cause analysis, and problem-solving of complex systems -Desirable: Class A Electrical Licence, Level 1 Substation Access, and industry background in electricity or utilities -Strong knowledge of control systems, SCADA, RTUs, PLCs, and networking protocols -Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (Electrical or related discipline)
