The Role

Admin & PA support to senior management, handling diary, HR system, and office tasks

Tasks
-Oversee general office administration, ensuring efficient daily operations. -Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required. -Administer and maintain the company’s HR system (86 staff) — including timesheet management and employee data updates. -Support with internal communications and assist in organising company events or meetings. -Act as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. -Manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion. -Provide PA support to the Partner including diary management, scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and general correspondence.

Our client, a well-established company who have now opened their doors in Dublin 15, is seeking an Administrator who can also provide PA support to senior Management to ensure the smooth running of the operation. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator looking to take ownership of a busy, varied role within a professional and supportive environment. -Minimum 5 years’ experience in an administrative or PA role. -Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Experience administering HR systems or timesheets is a strong advantage. -Proven ability to work independently and manage competing priorities. -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
