What You Bring

-Someone who understands the value of exceptional customer service and owning a challenge through to resolution. -IOSH Managing Safely -Experience of sales support, project scoping, or technical consultancy is preferred. -Ability to run projects end-to-end, from client scoping through to delivery. -Hands-on training in patch repairs and full-length liner installs. -Happy to travel extensively - approximately 3 days per week. -Knowledge of relevant Health & Safety, compliance standards and drainage law. -This role involves regular travel across the UK and to our Support Centre in Macclesfield. -Outstanding background in drainage operations (survey, maintenance, rehabilitation, pumping systems and treatment plants). -A knowledge of plumbing work -Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, engaging effectively with all levels—from site teams to senior leadership.
