Tasks
As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategic growth and market positioning across New Zealand. You will lead business development initiatives, shape marketing strategy, and build strong relationships with clients and industry partners. -Collaborate with engineering and service teams to ensure client satisfaction and ongoing partnership value. -Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote capability and thought leadership. -Oversee brand positioning, digital marketing, and communications to strengthen the market profile. -Work with the executive team to align market strategy with technical capability and project delivery objectives. -Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders. -Lead proposal development, tenders, and client presentations for complex automation and integration projects. -Develop and execute the sales and marketing strategy to drive business growth across key industrial sectors. -Work alongside experienced engineers and industry experts on complex, high-impact projects. -Identify and develop new business opportunities with asset owners, OEMs, and engineering partners. -Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.

What You Bring
-Ability to develop trusted relationships with technical and executive-level stakeholders. -5 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or marketing within industrial automation, process control, or system integration sectors. -Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication skills. -Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across sales, marketing, and project teams. -Strong understanding of OT/IT systems, SCADA, PLCs, MES, and data integration.
