Tasks

-Facilitate the development of lasting relationships with current and potential customers. -Take end-to-end ownership of the entire proposal development process for assigned pursuits. -Perform market research and track business development leads to identify new opportunities. -Support pursuit identification and capture plan development for the San Diego market. -Lead collaborative, integrated proposal teams to plan, develop, and deliver winning proposals. -Collaborate with technical staff to produce high-quality proposals and marketing resources. -Manage proposal resources and timelines to meet all production deadlines.

Then we’d love to hear from you. -A minimum of 8 years of experience in a marketing, business development, or proposal management function within a professional service firm. -The ability and willingness to travel as needed. -Strong business acumen and an innovative, creative approach to problem-solving. -Proficient project management, relationship-building, and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and negotiate with strong personalities. -Comprehensive local San Diego market knowledge of clients, selection processes, and information sources. -A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. -Advanced computer skills with Adobe Creative Suites and MS Office software.
