-Manage lease compliance, occupier applications and technical or operational queries -Conduct regular property inspections and ensure exceptional presentation standards -Oversee financial performance and service charge management in line with RICS standards -Drive sustainability and ESG initiatives across the managed portfolio -Lead property transitions, acquisitions support, due diligence and reporting for stakeholders -Act as the primary contact for clients, building trusted relationships -Champion occupier engagement, customer experience and compliance with health, safety and insurance requirements
