Assist purchasing department with order processing, vendor coordination, and reporting.

Tasks

-Inventory and Deliveries: Collaborate with inventory supervisors to process and track order receipts, manage delivery schedules, and maintain optimal stock levels -Vendor and Supplier Relations: Support the purchasing team in maintaining positive relationships with vendors and suppliers -Administrative Support: Fulfill requests for office supplies and perform general administrative tasks to support the purchasing department -Data and Reporting: Assist in preparing reports on purchases, returns, and related costs using Excel and internal systems -Process Receipts: Log incoming shipments promptly so the accounts payable team can process invoices and issue payments on time -Order Management: Prepare and process purchase orders, communicate with vendors to confirm order details, verify pricing, and resolve discrepancies

What You Bring

-Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel -Current student or recent graduate with coursework in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field -Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills -Ability to work independently and manage time effectively -Positive attitude and eagerness to learn about the procurement process -Strong verbal and written communication skills
