Tasks

The Senior Interior Designer / Project Manager will lead projects from concept through completion, overseeing design conceptualization, space planning, FF&E specification and purchasing, construction documentation, and construction administration. -Supervise design teams and ensure quality and consistency across project phases -Manage client, vendor, contractor, and consultant communication -Oversee schedules, budgets, and project deliverables -Specify FF&E and manage procurement -Lead all phases of design, from concept development through construction administration -Develop and coordinate construction document sets

What You Bring

This role requires a confident designer who can manage client relationships, communicate with vendors, contractors, and consultants, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the firm’s high design standards. -5–8 years of professional experience (minimum 2–3 in project management, including CA) -Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp/Rhino or 3D Max, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator -Proven experience in hospitality design (retail and multi-unit residential a plus) -Fluent in English, both written and verbal -Self-starter with excellent time management and multitasking abilities -Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to balance design and technical execution -Degree in Architecture or Interior Design

Benefits

$90,000 – $125,000 (commensurate with experience)
