Tasks

-Stay current with industry trends in electronic security and CAD technologies. -Collaborate with security engineers to translate system requirements into functional code. -Develop scripts and automation tools for system configuration and deployment. -Learn and apply CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) to assist in system design and documentation. -Integrate third-party security hardware and software using APIs, SDKs, and custom interfaces. -Maintain documentation for code, system configurations, and integration processes. -Troubleshoot and resolve software and integration issues in deployed systems. -Design, develop, and maintain software applications for electronic security systems.

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). -Experience with RESTful APIs and web services. -Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. -Ability and willingness to learn CAD software (training provided). -Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, Java, or similar. -Knowledge of security system platforms like AMAG, Verint, DMP or similar. -Familiarity with networking protocols and system integration concepts. -Understanding of database systems and SQL. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or other CAD platforms. -Experience with electronic security systems (access control, CCTV, alarms) is a plus.
