Tasks

-Fault Diagnosis and Repair: Diagnose and repair domestic heating systems, including fault-finding, installation, and annual servicing. -Maintenance and Testing: Perform periodic testing and installation work, ensuring compliance with current best practices and guidelines. -Health and Safety: Adhere to health and safety procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others. -Make a Difference: Contribute to the well-being of our customers by ensuring their homes are safe and well-maintained. -Quality Workmanship: Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard, complying with building regulations and safety requirements. -On-Call Participation: Take part in an out-of-hours on-call structure and attend meetings and training as required.

What You Bring

-Customer Focus: Experience working in customers' homes, demonstrating a professional and positive approach. -IT Skills: Proficient in the use and application of mobile technology. -Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with LPG and Oil systems is desirable. -CCN1 (Domestic Core Element). -Technical Skills: Proficiency in diagnosing boiler faults, performing annual servicing, and carrying out installation work. -Desirable: Unvented Hot Water -Desirable: HTR1 (Heaters) - Required to complete within a reasonable timeframe after successfully passing the probation period. -Desirable: Water Regs WRAS -Health and Safety Awareness: Knowledge of health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment. -Desirable: OFTEC or equivalent (Solid Fuel Qualification) -Customer Service: Demonstrate a positive and professional approach to our customers, ensuring the highest standard of customer service and satisfaction. -Desirable: CKR1 (Cookers) - Required to complete within a reasonable timeframe after successfully passing the probation period. -Desirable: OFTEC (Oil Qualification) -Desirable: Part G (Hot Water Safety and Efficiency) -Post-Qualification Experience: Proven experience in the gas industry, with a strong understanding of responsive maintenance. -CENWAT1 (Domestic Gas Central Heating Boilers and Water Heaters). -Desirable: Part L (Energy Efficiency Qualification) -Driving Licence: A full, valid UK driving licence is essential. -Desirable: LPG (Bottled Gas)
