Tasks

Involve tasks related to project cost estimation preparing a complete and comprehensive Bid Package for review by the Senior Estimator prior to any Project date line. -Performing Quantity Take Offs -Maintain Subcontractor bid list -Collecting and organizing data for use in bid proposals -Calculate material quantities, labor and equipment costs. -Communication with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain prices.

What You Bring

-At least 3 years of relevant experience -Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications -Proficient MS Word, Excel, Computers -Ability to use estimating software and spreadsheets -Properly develop RFI’s Communicate properly orally and written. -Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
