Office Manager

Overview

Manage office operations, document control, accounting, and support for construction projects.

Tasks

-Assist in project compliance and auditing payroll. -Perform general administrative duties, including organization, jobsite support, coding invoices for the office, event planning and fleet coordination. -Create and analyze financial reports. -Communicating with and support craft employees, including, but not limited to, hiring within internal system, entering benefits, per diem, weekly payroll/entering time, and apprenticeship program. -Project setup and document control. -Manage and oversee the lifecycle of subcontracts. -Assist in coordinating internal and external trainings. -Follow up on projects/tasks to ensure action items are completed. -Participate in the planning and execution of company events. -Manage purchasing card program within region. -Handle job specific accounting functions, accounts payable and receivable, and project close out. -Review owner contracts to understand deadlines and requirements. -Act as the point of contact for facilitating essential communication and job specific forms. -Assist in cost management.

Requirements

What You Bring

-A minimum of 2 years within the construction industry. -Ability to think critically and prioritize work tasks. -Electrical commercial construction experience preferred. -Proficient in Microsoft Office. -Knowledge of the construction project lifecycle. -Ability to identify and resolve complex issues. -Knowledge of Bluebeam and CMiC a plus. -Team player with the ability to remain flexible with day-to-day tasks. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
