Tasks

-Operational Management You ensure efficient, high-quality daily operations that meet company, safety, regulatory, and ethical standards. -Service Strategy & Growth You shape and execute the HBU’s ambitious Service Strategy, driving local growth with Service units and Systems/Products BUs. -Performance Monitoring You track KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement. -Business Development You grow the Service footprint by identifying new opportunities, focusing on Installed Base and market insights. -Team Leadership You lead and develop high-performing teams, fostering excellence and continuous improvement. -Financial Management You manage budgets to ensure cost-effective operations and drive profitability. -Sales Leadership You lead regional service sales and align with global M&S to drive results. -Strategic Leadership You align regional strategies with Business Unit goals to accelerate growth and strengthen market presence. -Collaboration You partner across regions and teams to align strategies and share best practices.

What You Bring

-Willingness to travel within the region -Experience in matrix organizations -Senior leadership experience in a service division of an OEM -Experience in the energy sector -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field -Familiarity with Hitachi Energy’s products and systems -Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities -Customer Focus You build strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction. -Proven success in driving growth and meeting financial targets -Strong leadership, team management, and strategic thinking skills
