Overview
Oversee property maintenance, manage team, vendors, safety, and resident service.

Tasks
-Maintains adequate inventory of supplies. -Performs maintenance tasks such as unit turns and work orders. -Manages vendors such as landscapers, pest control, and other physical asset vendors to ensure quality service. -Manages tasks within budget or seeks approval for necessary work that is over budget. -Supplies their own tools -Maintains grounds and professional appearance of the property. -Conducts monthly safety meetings, schedules and performs preventative maintenance, and manages OSHA/SDS safety and reporting requirements.

What You Bring
-Ability to lift/move/push/pull up to 150 lbs on occasion with a frequent need to lift/push/pull 25 lbs - 75lbs and be on your feet a majority of the day -Cocaine Metabolites -Prior experience working with a budget strongly preferred -Phencyclidine ("PCP") -Abilities to get involved on company committees (Event Planning, HR Advisory Council, Safety, and more!) -Must have basic computer skills with the ability to input data and notes in English intro tracking systems -High level of attention to detail -Experience with leading and supervising a team preferred -At least 3 years experience in property maintenance or equivalent field required -Amphetamines including Methamphetamine -Strong communication skills -Ability to complete punch walks and follow-up with construction -Maintenance experience in multi-family property management strongly preferred -Experience with warranty work -This position requires the ability to stand and walk or sit alternatively depending on the specific needs of the day. Estimated 66% - 100% of time is spent on feet and sitting at desk. -Constant need to type, write, & grasp (working at a computer and answering phones) -Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) and Certified Pool Operator desired -Ability to respond to after hours emergencies, as needed -High organizational skills -Great presentation and interaction with clients and residents required -Occasional need to bend/stoop/squat, climb stairs, push or pull, and reach above shoulder -Opiates including Codeine and Morphine -Excellent customer service skills required -Can operate vehicle on premise and has valid driver's license and automobile insurance coverage -Experience with Yardi preferred
